The team

Who's building Lumra

You don't have to trust us. Every record Lumra signs verifies independently, with open tools and no PriviNet servers. That's the whole point, and it's the reason this page is optional. But if you want to know who's behind the proof, here we are: a small team of engineers and operators, with financial governance on the board.

Leadership

The founders

BL
Brad Listermann
Founder & Executive Chairman

The technical ideas at the heart of Lumra began with Brad: signing and verifying operational events at the source, so proof never depends on trusting a vendor. His earlier work in high-end encryption reached security-sensitive and classified environments, the kind of work he still can't say much about. He pairs that deep-tech origin with two decades of capital-markets, investor-relations, and company-building experience. As Executive Chairman he leads strategy, partnerships, and capital.

TS
Tal Segal
Co-Founder & COO

Tal leads deployment, operations, and partner relationships. He brings hands-on experience integrating physical-security and operational technology at scale, and drives how Lumra fits into the systems customers already run.

Engineering

The people building it

AK
Andriy Kumanovskyy
Lead Engineer, AI & Systems

Andriy leads core engineering across the signing, ledger, and verification pipeline, with a focus on running reliably in the real-world edge conditions where proof has to be created.

RJ
Raul Jurca
Systems & Software Lead

Raul owns system architecture and software quality, including the standards that keep the ledger and the independent verifier dependable.

DN
Daniel Nkansah
Security & Infrastructure Engineer

Danny designs the secure back-end and infrastructure, covering key handling, deployment, and the integration points between gateways and the proof layer.

Board & advisory

Governance

LB
Leah Berend
Board Member & Advisor

Leah, a Certified Public Accountant, brings financial governance and oversight to PriviNet's board. She advises on financial strategy, controls, and corporate development as the company scales.

Rather see the proof than read about the people?

That's exactly the right instinct. Try to forge a record, or start a free 60-day pilot and verify your own.
