Terms of Service

1. The service

Lumra receives operational event data you choose to send us (by API or signed webhook), cryptographically signs and chains it into records, analyzes it, and makes the records available to you through dashboards, exports, and the ProofPack service. Verification of exported records uses a standalone tool and does not require PriviNet systems.

2. Pilots

Pilot accounts are free for 60 days for up to 25 devices and include one ProofPack at no charge. Either party may end a pilot at any time. At the end of a pilot you may convert to a paid plan under a signed order form or stop; records already exported remain verifiable.

3. Paid service

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance at the rates in your order form, which supersede any published rates. Service is month to month unless your order form says otherwise; you may cancel with 30 days notice.

4. Your data and our duties

• You retain all rights to your data. We process it only to provide the service.
• Lumra is designed to receive compact event metadata and content hashes. Raw video and audio stay in your systems; do not send us media files.
• Records are scoped to your account. We do not sell your data or use it to build products for others.
• You are responsible for keeping your access key and webhook secret confidential and for the accuracy of the data your systems send.

5. What we do not promise

• Records are designed to support certification under US Federal Rules of Evidence 902(13) and 902(14). We do not guarantee that any record will be admitted in any proceeding or that any legal outcome will follow. PriviNet does not provide legal advice.
• The service is provided "as is" during pilots. For paid plans, we will operate the service with reasonable skill and care; our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid in that period.
• Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach on 15 days written notice if the breach is not cured. On termination we will make your records available for export for 30 days.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to the email on your account at least 30 days before they take effect. The version in force when you sign an order form governs that order.

These terms are a plain-English v1 for pilot-stage service. A signed order form may supplement or supersede them.
