• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account and the information you provide.

• Notify us immediately if you discover or suspect any security breaches related to the Services or your account.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PriviNet, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:

1. Your use of the Services;
2. Your violation of these Terms;
3. Your violation of any rights of another party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights or privacy rights;
4. Any content you submit, post, transmit, or make available through the Services;
5. Any conduct or activity occurring under your account; or
6. Any third-party claims related to your use of the Services.

This indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of the Services. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims.
